End User Licensing Agreement

This agreement is the end-user licensing agreement (hereinafter referred to as the ‘EULA’) between you (an individual, company, or any other entity) and the Z3 Apps developer company (hereinafter referred to as ‘Z3’) which created and owns the Intro Stat Application (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Application’). This EULA governs your usage of the Application and any other product affiliated with Z3.
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Z3 grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Application as permitted by this EULA solely for your personal and noncommercial use. The Application cannot be used for any other purpose. You are not permitted to lease, rent, sublicense, publish, copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble all or a portion of the Application without Z3’s prior written consent or unless otherwise expressly permitted by applicable law. In addition, you shall not, nor allow others to, or attempt to export the source code of the Application.
This Agreement is effective from the first date you install the Application. In the event you violate the terms above, either individually or in combination are violated, the license to use the Application automatically terminates.
You acknowledge that the Application is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Neither Z3 nor any other party make any representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third party rights. There is no warranty by Z3 nor by any other party that the functions contained in the Application will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free. You assume all responsibility and risk for the selection of the Application to achieve your intended results and for the installation, use and results obtained from it. To the fullest extent of applicable law, Z3 shall not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the possession, use, or malfunction of the Application.
This EULA is entered into in the State of North Carolina and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
